Additional information regarding invoice issuance and payments

VAT invoice issued to a university/company/institution — we do not issue VAT invoices to a university/company/institution if payment is made by an individual rather than a university/company/institution.

Invoices are generally issued after a payment has been made.

If a university/company/institution has paid the conference fee on behalf of a student/doctoral candidate (service purchaser), VAT invoices are issued once the payment has been made and required details have been provided (i.e. full name of the company/institution, address, NIP tax identification number).

From 1 April 2026, VAT invoices will be issued through the KSeF system only. Therefore, a university/company/institution that requires additional KSeF-related information to be included in an invoice must provide us with this information (such as IDWEW KSeF internal identification number or institutional email address, for example) and make the payment on behalf of its employee.

Please indicate “Translaton 3 + imię i nazwisko” as the bank transfer title, e.g. “Translaton 3 John Smith”.
